As a results-driven leader, I have spent 23 years in assistant principal roles, consistently elevating institutional standards and student exam performance.

Current Leadership Role

Assistant Principal – Senior School, Royal International School, Kurunegala

I provide strategic academic leadership for the National Advanced Level (A/L) section, focusing on:

Active Supervision: Ensuring high standards of teaching and professional consistency across the Senior School.
Staff Mentorship: Mentoring Sectional Heads and supporting professional development through a culture of accountability.
Teacher Training: Training new educators in assessment design, ethical grading, and effective classroom management.
